Like many couples I meet, they have no idea how their day should look like, when people should arrive, time frame of when people need to get ready, etc. Here is a Wedding Timeline I share with my couples to help ease their stress and allow them to see how they can create their timeline that represents them and their day. My team and I are always there, every step of the way to help our couples feel confident when planning their day! Feel free to use this guideline. I encourage you to do so!

Planning Farewell Shot

Another Quick Tip I like to share with my couples is, when thinking about the farewell shot don’t wait to the very end of the wedding to get this shot. It is best to have a mock farewell so you are able to capture all your friends and family celebrating your day. With my experience, many family members and friends begin to leave the wedding around 9pm onward. Most weddings end around midnight. When you wait to the end of the wedding you are left with 1o people; which makes it difficult to create this epic farewell that captures all your peeps who have celebrated you this entire time.

My team and I are great at working with our couples and their vendors to help orchestrate this epic moment with all your family and friends. We make sure they understand that this is just a mock pic and that the party will continue on afterwards. Plus, the bride and groom appreciates this moment cause they don’t have to worry about when this will occur, who is left staying and it doesn’t disrupt their party time.
